Buchanan achieves the game winner of Villarreal

The former orange-colored outstanding Tajon Buchanan scored a 3-2 victory against Barcelona in the penultimate game of the Laliga season in the penultimate game of the Laliga season. Buchanan played parts of three seasons with New England (2019-21) with a total of 60 games and 34 starts. During the 2021 campaign, the Canadian product scored eight goals and scored 21 points in 27 competitions and received a nomination for the All-Star game 2021 MLS and member of the 2021 MLS Best XI.

In two seasons in Syracuse, he scored 12 goals and scored 30 points in 33 games. As a newcomer in 2017, the striker was added to the all-ACC third team and the ACC All-Freshman team. Buchanan had a breakout season in the second year and scored eight goals and 20 points on the way to the All-Acc First Team, the All-Ecac First Team and the United Soccer Trainer All-South Region Second Team.

International has been playing for Team Canada since 2021, including the 2022 FIFA World Cup in Qatar with the former team -mate of Syracuse and the current defender of Portland Timbers Kamal Miller. Buchanan supported Alphonso Davies's goal and gave Canada his first goal in the history of the FIFA World Cup.
