Video shows shots in North Texas Quarter NBC 5 Dallas-Fort Worth

The video recorded a man who opened a fire on a driver more than a dozen times in a white settlement district.

After the police, the shootout occurred on May 10 at 11:30 p.m. in the 900 block of the Ozona Avenue.

The driver informed the police that he had arrived at the address to meet a woman, but when she went to the car, he found that she went next to a man who held a gun.

“[The victim] I thought he would meet with this woman and probably meet with her. For some reason, this guy did not estimate it, ”said Christopher Cook, chief of police at White Settlement.

A neighbor's surveillance camera shows the man who opens the fire more than a dozen times when the car subsides.

“I have no doubt about it [the suspect] Could take care of less if he had killed this victim. He could have taken care of where his rounds went down a reach, ”said Chief Cook.

The orange Dodge Charger collapsed shortly after the shot.

Photos of White Settleement Police show the rear window that blown out and the car is interspersed with ball holes.

Incredible, the driver was not injured.

With the help of the Swat team of the Swat Sheriff of the Tarrant County, the suspect was identified as 18-year-old Reuben Martinez III, said Cook.

Martinez was arrested with a fatal weapon for serious physical injury. According to the White Setting police, Martinez has connected to a deposit of 75,000 US dollars. It is unclear whether Martinez has received a lawyer who speaks in his name.

A search for a house on the nearby Tacoma Drive uncovered three weapons, including those who suspected at the shootout, said Cook.

ATF now determines whether the weapons were used in other crimes because the police of the White Settlement continue to examine whether the driver has been set up.

Cook said his community was lucky that none of the rounds went to a nearby house.

“We are really lucky that we have no serious injury or murder.”
