Prime Video begins on Sunday, May 25th, with the Coca-Cola 600 by Charlotte Motor Speedway, its exclusive reporting on the Nascar Cup series.

The platform will stream five races, including the first point in the series in Mexico town. The reporting includes a new approach team, the Immersive Streaming technology and a signature hymn developed by Eric Church and John Fogerty.

Adam Alexander will guide the broadcast with analysis of the Nascar Hall of Famer Dale Earnhardt Jr. and former crew leader Steve. The PIT reporting is treated by Daytona 500 winner Trevor Bayne, Kim Coon and Marty Snider.

Danielle Trotta will organize the reporting on the route, with a comment by Hall of Famer Carl Edwards and the current Cup driver Corey Lajoie. The shows before and after the race include driver interviews, analyzes and action lines.

The presentation of Prime Video includes more than 70 cameras per race, including in the car and in the drone material, all of which are supported by up to 10 miles fiber optic cables. Races will be streamed in 1080p HDR with Dolby 5.1 surround sound.

An important function of the cover is the use of a double box advertising format during all green flag races.

Under this format, commercials are carried out in a smaller box, while the race is still displayed in the main window. Full-screen commercials are only displayed during yellow or red flags when the race is stopped. FOX and NBC, long-time Nascar media rights holder, have previously tested double box formats, but Prime Video implemented the format in its entire broadcast window.

The fans also have access to real-time racing highlights and a quick recap function to make up during live broadcasts. Streaming is developed with Amazon Web Services to maintain synchronization and reduce delays.
