The post office has agreed to have incorrectly condemned more than 500 former subpostmasters in the horizon scandal – after accidentally condemning their names and addresses on his website.

“If there are persons whose name was affected by the violation of the last year, but for some reason no information about the payment has received, you can contact us or ask your lawyers if you have a legal representation.”

The Freeths of the law firm informed the BBC 348 customers that their data injury had already received payments.

The lawyer wants Richmond-Coggan: “We welcome the progress that we have made with this case, but it is still a long way to recognize the devastating effects of this violation on the people affected.”

More than 900 subpost masters were prosecuted due to incorrect information from the horizon IT system due to incorrect information.

“In the meantime, we will remain in full cooperation with the ICO examination, which was opened after our initial self-transfer when the violation was discovered.”
