DVIDS -Video -B -Roll: 173. Airborne Brigade uses self -made FPV drones to hit simulated enemy goals during the Swift reaction 2025

Paratrooper of the US Army, which were assigned to the 173rd brigade in the air, operated and detoned Live First Person View (FPV) drone against an simulated repelled enemy and an autonomous target SUV view of Pabradė training area, Lithuania, during the Swift reaction 2025, May 18, 2025. Precision effects in complex terrain and expand the ability of the brigade to integrate emerging technologies into maneuvers.

The fast reaction is part of the Defender 25 Series of the US Army, a large-scale training exercise, which will be carried out in 13 European countries with 29 Allies and Partnerships from June 11th to 24th, 2025. The exercise increases the interoperability, willingness and deterrent of NATO through common entrance processes, long-range fires and multi-domaina integration.

The 17373 brigade, which is in the air in the air, serves as the only forward-oriented air brigade in Europe.
