After his credibility was questioned by the defense, the digital forensics expert Shanon Burgess will return to the stand on Tuesday morning for the murder trial in Karen Read.

Burgess of the aperture of accident reconstruction, biomechanics and digital forensics testified on Monday about data that the public prosecutor hopes to find a timeline when they believe that John O'keefe was said to have been read with their lexus.

However, defense lawyer Robert Alessi tried to stab holes in Burgess' credibility and accused him of misleading customers about his academic references. They said his biography on the Aperture website said that he had completed the Bachelor's degree in mathematics and business administration. However, he admitted under the intersection that he has a degree in the past 17 years, but still has none.

Read is accused of having met O'keefe, her friend of the Boston police officer, with her SUV in 2022 and to die him alone in the snow outside of a house party in the 34 Fairview Road in Canton. Her defense team said she was the victim of a huge police conspiracy and O'keefe was fatally beaten by another law enforcement officer on the party.

A Mistrial was explained last year after the jury could not achieve a unanimous judgment.
