A Tallahasee five-year-old was no longer reacted; Now her mother and stepfather are being exposed to several charges, including severe child abuse.

An autopsy was carried out and no cause of death was determined by Monday. A pathologist noticed that the girl was malnourished.

On Tuesday, the Tallahasee police authority published an incident report in which it was found that its early investigations found that the foul game was the alleged cause of the child's death.

The stepfather of this child, Daniel Spencer, is charged with severe child abuse, neglect of children who cause great physical damage and do not report abuse of children. The child's mother, Chloe Spencer, is charged, including severe child abuse, neglecting children with great physical damage and failure to report child abuse. According to the TPD, additional fees are pending. The results of an autopsy are pending.

All of this developed in the early morning hours of Monday, May 19. After the affidavit for arrest/probable cause, the police officers from Tallahassee reacted to the report of a child at around 7:45 a.m. that did not breathe in a house before the Kipling dish. When they arrived, the officers found the child's grandfather who carried out CPR. The child was brought to Tallahassee Memorial Healthcare, where it was declared dead shortly after 8:30 a.m.

The report says that the officials spoke to the child's mother, Chloe, and their stepfather Daniel Spencer. Both Chole and Daniel told the officials that the child had behavioral problems and often kept their breath away during the tantrum to manipulate their parents. They say that a similar tantrum happened during this incident and the child began to keep their breath away. Daniel told the officer when the child took her breath away, the door closed to her room, where it was and left.

According to the report, Daniel drew attention a few minutes later in the house that the child no longer reacted, which caused her grandfather to start the CPR. 911 was called at this point.
The officials found suspicious bruises and injury patterns of the child, which indicated abuse. In the report, an officer Daniel confronted the child's injuries. He explained that he and the child's mother would wrap the child to make it to sleep, and they would try to get out and caused the bruises on the arms and wrists. Daniel admitted that Chloe disciplined the child with a belt, but did not believe that the injuries extended their legs. Daniel also claimed that the injuries on the child's face were caused by scratches on their face due to allergies.

According to arrest documents, Daniel admitted that Chloe had misused the child for a long time by hit her and struck her inappropriately. Daniel admitted that he had never tried to notify the law enforcement authorities or another company.

The report states that a search command in the house was later delivered in the day, where civil servants made evidence, including an SD card from a camera in the child's room, Daniels tablet and telephone. These items were brought to the Tallahassee Police Department to be edited. Another search for the child's bedroom resulted in blood on several objects, including pillows and duvets.

According to the police, which were checked by the SD card at the time, Daniel showed by Daniel in which Daniel physically abused the child by beating it, pulling her arms violently, pushing her face into a bed, ties up her feet and hands and covering her with pillows and duvets.

The public prosecutor has made an application to have Daniels Bond revoked.
