Woodstock Fatal Crash: truck hits Tree, examination underway

One person died on Tuesday morning when a pickup left the street and hit a tree in Woodstock.

What we know:

The Woodstock Fire/Rescue District has indicated that it replied to the 13600 block of the Kishwaukee Valley Road for a reported crash at around 7:51 a.m. The crews arrived within minutes and found a pickup off the road to a tree in a courtyard.

The paramedics found the driver – an adult man and the only inhabitant of the vehicle. No further dangers were reported, and firefighters cleared the area at 8:15 a.m.

The Woodstock Police Department examines Mchenry County with the help of the Regional -Cash -Assistance team, which led to a crash. The road was closed for several hours and was opened again around 1:30 p.m.
