PHOENIX – – The Phoenix police authority is investigating a murder that took place on Monday evening.

Seth Moisoff, 30, was found nearby 35th Avenue and Rose Garden Lane With at least one firing wound on May 19 at 5 p.m.

He was taken to a nearby hospital and declared dead.
