The district's public prosecutor's office will not use the police officers of the Glendale, who incorrectly shot, who killed the man

The Maricopa County public prosecutor will not submit a criminal complaint against a police officer Glendale, who shot a man in a case of false identity in early January.

The Glendale police were looking for a suspect with an armed domestic violence, whose ex said that she would not fight.

Patrouilles found his white truck, but window tint held her from seeing that he had shot himself.

The officials looked through the windshield when Dillon Siebeck was aware of in a nearby Park pavilion. Sieeck does not show a video takeover of the Glendale police incident.

An internal review of the incident by the Glendale police is still pending.

Siebeck's lawyers say that he was unarmed, was not a threat and should still be alive.

The family lawyers also say that the decision of the prosecutors does not mean that the officials involved have been approved by misconduct.
