Amber Alert published after the two -year -old girl was kidnapped in Oakland

Amira Coleman was last seen in 39th Street and Adeline Street at 12:36 p.m., the authorities said. The police say they suspect Andrew Coleman (26) and Tamira Claggion (24), and said they should be considered armed and dangerous.
