Video leads to the victim of sex trade in teenage age in Detroit as missing

A video that was posted by a 17-year-old victim of sex trade in the basement of a Troy apartment complex in which it was found before she was returned to her family said.

Michigan's state police said a man from Detroit was behind bars and accused of acting the teenager for commercial sex sex purposes.

On March 31, the MSP group for human trafficking and kidnapping received a tip from the national center for missing and exploited children, who reported that an inferior woman in the Metro Detroit was traded for human trafficking. Detectives identified the girl as a 17-year-old who was reported in Detroit as missing.

The investigators found several “commercial sex ads” that were published for their online. The MSP Second District said in a contribution to X. When she had watched a video that she had posted online, Detective found that she had been in the city of Southfield.

On April 10, the investigators found them in the basement of an apartment complex in Troy. The authorities said it was handed over to family members.

MSP refused to indicate additional details for examining, including the way they could link the teenager online video with their whereabouts in Southfield and Troy.

The 32 -year -old Robert Dante Champion from Detroit was charged with a minor trade for commercial sexual activities, accepting revenue from prostitution, transporting a person to prostitution and child's materials sexually abusive material, all criminal offenses. With each count, he could spend up to 64 years in prison.

Online court files do not list a lawyer for champion.

He was charged on Monday before the 46th district court in Southfield, where his bond was set to 500,000 US dollars. His next hearing is planned for June 2.
