Netflix documentary 'The Fall of Favre' tells the history of Packers Legends off-field scandals

(WLUK)-A documentary in which the heroic deeds in the field and the off-field scandals by Star Green Bay Packers Quarterback Brett Favre were described on Tuesday.

Netflix has teamed up with Front Office Sports to publish “The Fall of Favre”-a one-hour feature that tells the story of Favre's complicated heritage. It is part of the “Untold” sports documentary series by Netflix.

“This documentary in the eyes opens up with Brett Favre's controversial career, the dark side of the sports star and the scandals that affect his legacy,” says the description of Netflix. “'He was treated like a god.' This documentary reveals the dark side of Brett Favre's promotion to the football star – and the ugly scandals that have put it down.

A large number of hot button topics are presented throughout the film.

Jenn Sterger, the woman in the center of Favres Sexting scandal, is interviewed in the documentary: “Brett Favre ultimately destroyed my life.”

In 2008 she accused the quarterback of the harassment, to which Favre supposedly sent her explicit pictures of herself. At that time, Sterger was a game-day host for the jets when Favre played for New York.

The NFL found that Favre did not violate that rules of conduct had not violated the workplace, but Favre admitted that he had sent dying voicemails. Death plays one of them in the trailer. Favre can hear you ask if he can “come over” tonight.

Front Office Sports previously referred to Favre as “the woman who was heavily protected in the province of Green Bay”. The documentary relies on the full exhibition and shows moments of strong drinking and celebrating. Favre is known for looking for alcohol and painkillers.

The documentary also deals with the Mississippi welfare scandal.

Favre was supposedly part of a fraud system that led to an abuse of 77 million US dollars in Geldern that was intended for the support of families in need. Instead, this money was associated with the payment of projects, including a volleyball facility at the University of Southern Mississippi, Favre's Alma Mater.

“They take money for the poorest. I don't know how to sleep at night,” says one of the interviewists in the trailer of the documentary.

During the statement at a meeting of the Congress Committee in September last year, Favre announced that the Parkinson's disease had been diagnosed with him.
