Liga City Crime: Naked man climbs balcony to break into the apartment; Now on icy liability

A man from the league stands behind bars after the police said that he had broken into a woman's apartment on the second floor while slept – with the intention of committing a sexual crime.

The 49 -year -old Juan Hernandez was charged with the intention to commit a sexual crime due to the break -in, and, according to the police department of the League City, is held in a bond of $ 50,000 in the amount of an ice decay.

The police say that shortly after midnight on April 15 at the CP Waterfront Apartments at the Constellation Boulevard. The female victim told the police that she slept when she woke up to find a naked man next to her bed and touch her leg.

“Every time I drove to the parking lot, I started trembling and choking,” said the victim. “There was the point where I could no longer live there.”

Detective Demasi and the Special Investigations Unit processed the scene and learned that Hernandez lived in the apartment below the victim. They identified the suspect and arrested Hernandez on April 25 during a traffic stop near the 400 block of Texas Avenue.

The victim said she had seen Hernandez from time to time in the past, but never interacted with him until the incident.
