Giddey went on social media to get an insight into the functioning of NBA contracts. A fan asked about the salary duration of such shops, and the Australian point guard gave all the details.

“You can choose to pay your annual salary in six or 12 months,” said Giddey. “Most boys choose 12 months so that they are paid all year round. Every two weeks are paid.”

Giddey achieved an average of 14.6 points, 8.1 rebounds and 7.2 assists last season and made a big leap with the bulls in his first year. He helped Chicago for another appearance in the tournament and will certainly be rewarded this low season, if not from the bulls, then another team.
