100 million US dollars for false deaths submitted against her husband

Dee Warner's children have submitted a 100 million dollar lawsuit against her husband Dale Warner against her husband Dale Warner, who is accused of killing the woman in 2021.

Lawyer Todd Flood said the lawsuit was submitted on May 21, 2025.

According to Flood, the civil procedure is expected to be solved within one year. There are two other defendants that the lawyer is considering adding the lawsuit, but he has not released their names.

Flood said that he had given the funds in the estate to freeze so that Dale could not access the money. The lawyer said you don't know exactly how much Dale has, but there are more than seven numbers.

“This money shouldn't go to a murderer,” said Flood. “This money shouldn't go into his family. This money should go into the descendants.”

Flood said you will also search for funds that were spent on explaining the death procedure.

“There was such a long time and a waste of money and effort that were spent on the explanation of the death procedure. We will search for the extent to which we can surely receive the costs and costs,” said Flood.

Flood said “Good in six numbers” was spent on the process.

Dale also allegedly handed over assets from Dees shops and his family members after they had disappeared.

His son Jaron Warner, 28, was accused of being evidence and an accessories for the murder at the beginning of this year, but this indictment was recently dropped.

Flood spoke of these fallen charges and said that he was “confident” that they would be brought back.

The lawyer also said he hadn't heard whether Jaron would say against his father in his trial in September.

Husband charged

Dale was arrested and charged with her murder before her remains were found and should be on trial on September 2, 2025.

The indictment against stepson fell fell

His son, Jaron Dale Warner, 28, was accused of being evidence and an accessories for the murder at the beginning of this year, but this indictment was recently dropped without explanation on May 13, 2025.

Dees brother Gregg Hardy spoke to Local 4 after learning that the indictment against Jaron was learned.

“It is a challenge, especially if there are setbacks,” said Hardy.

Hardy said it was also difficult because Jaron lives next to the rest of Dees family.

“It is uncomfortable, and obviously we have resentment for it, and my sister would certainly have resentment for it,” said Hardy.

The lawyers for Jaron also react to the fallen fees.

“In general, we welcome layoffs, but it leaves an acid taste,” said Jaron's lawyers, Neil Rockind and Colin Daniels. “Jaron Warner should never have been charged primarily. He did not commit a crime.”
