Emma Raducanu suffers Danielle Collins in the defeat in the Strasbourg in the Strasbourg

Emma Raducanu only suffered four days before the French were opened on Wednesday with a defeat with three sets against Danielle Collins.

After winning the first sentence, the British was 5-0 in the second 5-0 when she called a medical break for treatment due to a back problem.

While she ended the game, the 22-year-old won only four more games against Collins, with the American reaching the quarter-finals with 4: 6, 6: 1, 6: 3.

Collins will play in the last eight seeds Jessica Pegula or World No. 30 Anna Kalinskaya.

Raducanu has recently been impressive on Clay – three games at the Italian Open won last week and dismantled Daria Kasatkina to start the Strasbourg Open, but is now sweating over her fitness in front of the French Open.

The tournament begins on Sunday in Roland Garros with the first round on Thursday.
