Florida A&M Baseball is in Birmingham and would like to go as Southwestern Athletic Conference Tournament Champion.

In a winning series with 11 games, the two-seed rattlers will take double elimination in the first round of the Swac tournament on Wednesday, May 21st in the first round of the Swac tournament.

The last time Famu and Southern got to know each other, the Jaguars in Andre Dawson Classic achieved a 17-1 win over the Rattlers in February.

The first tour on Wednesday begins at 1 p.m. Eastern Time and is streamed by the YouTube page of the Swac Digital Network.

The winner faces the winner of the Arkansas Pine Bluff and the Grambling State on Thursday, May 22nd. The loser from Famu and Southern will also take on the loser of Arkansas-Pine Bluff and Grambling State for an elimination game on Thursday.

The Famu Pitcher Cody Williams subte for starter Garrett Workman.

Workman threw 5.1 Innerings and looked 26 batters while only giving five goals.

Williams, a senior, has four victories against three defeats this season this season with an average of 5.26 earned run.

The Famu Pitcher Garrett Workman, the Swac newcomer of the year, has only permitted two goals against 17 batteries.

The Rattlers run the Jaguars 3-0 at the end of the third inner.

Famu Catcher Broedy Poppell hit a Homerun to Rightfield, which also brought Brown over Home Plate.

Poppell, an all-SWAC First Ther, is now leading the Rattlers with 12 Homeruns this season.
