According to SFGATE.com, Dratman argued that the man with a hooded man is not serafini in the surveillance video. The plausibility of this argument is a key component in the result of the test. Soon enough, Serafini's fate will be in the hands of the Placer County jurors.

According to KCra, the certificate is expected to be resumed on Thursday.
