I was proud that our governor signed this legislation, which benefited the many immigrants who harvest our harvests, tend our gardens and lawns and build our houses. The legislation was a stroke of luck for young Hispanic immigrants who manufacture and install constructed stone slabs in our kitchens and now suffer from silicosis
