San Francisco (KGO) – A former policeman in San Francisco in San Francisco appeared on Wednesday after he was arrested because he was supposedly driven under the influence and had caused a serious accident in which three people were injured, including a critical injured.

The 28 -year -old Ryan Kwong entered several charges through his lawyer, including DUI and ruthless driving. He appeared in front of judge Gregory Syren in his first trial since the collision, which took place on Saturday morning in the city of the city.

Kwong completed the San Francisco Police Academy last Thursday, and several sources told ABC7 News that he celebrated in a crash.

Sources say that there was a family in the vehicle.

One of the passengers remains hospitalized in a critical condition.

The lawyer of Kwong, Ellen Burke, said reporters in court that her client would take full responsibility.

“He is incredibly sorry for what happened,” said Burke. “His thoughts are among people who are injured and he hopes for a quick and complete recovery.”

Judge Syren granted Kwong a conditional approval, which included wearing an ankle monitor, the waiver of alcohol and participation in alcohol advice.
