The police examined the death of the 2-year-old girl in W. Houston

Houston -The police investigated after a 2-year-old girl died in West Houston on Wednesday.

The Houston police say that they are determined in the 3400 block of the Ocee Street.

Lt. Larry Crowson with HPD started everything shortly after 6 p.m. when the officers received a call, about two or three men who went around the apartment complex with weapons.

While the officers reacted to the scene, another call came from a mother who had taken her 2-year-old daughter to a hospital. She found her daughter injured in the parking lot and believes that she was hit by a car.

The 2-year-old died in the hospital.

Crowson said it was discovered that the men who ran weapons around the complex were relatives of the 2-year-old who tried to find out who the child had met.

The men were arrested. Crowson did not say whether they could be exposed to charges or not.

Crowson said it was currently unclear who the child met. You are looking for witnesses or surveillance videos to determine who may be responsible.
