Texas Senate to vote as a state crime about classifying “juggling” as a state crime

New Braunfels, Texas – The Texas Senate will vote on a proposed draft law that classifies the crime of “Juggen” as a state crime and distinguishes it between other crimes such as robbery or theft. This step aims to eliminate obstacles to criminal prosecution of accused criminals.

The shards are to follow someone from a bank or ATM with the intention of robbing them. The crime was reported in New Braunfels, where two men were arrested after they were robbed of a victim at a petrol station and fell against another car.

Former police chief Chet Epperson said: “If I am the real suspect, I will find a dark place, look dark, a lot of brushes around. If someone opens and takes up their money, I will make sure that I cannot be identified as a perpetrator.”

140 juggling cases have been submitted in Austin since March 2024. Epperson found that smaller, growing communities such as New Braunfels could be affected by the proposed changes, even if they do not currently see the same numbers.

“It will affect the criminal justice system,” said Epperson. “I would estimate that more money will be selected for not observing the basic edition because the problem is not only included in the books.”

Epperson believes that preventing crime could take into account the causes of scrap due to environmental design. “If it is not well illuminated, let us get some lighting. If the bushes have to be cut back. If we can replace the ATMs that are located in a local place that is visible to all people, the likelihood that it is less in an area in which many people are nearby because it is caught,” he said.

The law is expected to go to the full Senate later this week and could become a law by September 1st.
