Born in the chin, a native Atlanta, is currently playing basketball for the elite for overtime. According to 247Sports Composite, the Point Guard is classified as a 5-star recruit, No. 16 in the class, the fourth best point guard and the second best player from Georgia.

The 5-star recruit played for Rod Wave Elite and scored an average of 20.1 points, 5.0 assists, 4.0 rebounds and 2.3 steals per game. He was able to be an elite scorer, while with an impressive division of 55.6 percent from the floor and 33.3 percent outside the arch.

Kinney also played for Wildcat selection in Adidas 3SSB. The view of the Elite Point Guard once again set up a clinic with an average of 20.3 points, 4.4 rebounds and 4.3 assists per game.
