The 45-year-old man faces a long list of charges after the investigators stated that he repeatedly aimed in public supermarkets in the region and spends himself as an employee in order to delete cases of high-end wine from the Ladedocks.

His arrest on May 14th was caught in front of the camera and ended what the North Miami police described as a month -long pattern of theft.

According to officers, Gonzalez was responsible for a number of almost identical incidents that go back at least March, and slipped past workers and security, while he helps in bottles worth hundreds of dollars.

The video, which was received exclusively from Local 10 News on Wednesday, shows Gonzalez on a Publix -Heck -Ladedock and moves among the employees when they unloaded pallets in the shop in 12800 Biscayne BLVD.

While others worked, Gonzalez is carefully seen how they selected cases of wine and roll away before they flee in front of the scene.

According to the police, Gonzalez repeatedly hit several Publix shops and temporarily stolen wine worth up to 800 US dollars during a single visit. The investigators claim that he had a special taste for Merlot and grabbed several bottles from the North Miami location at the same time.

Detective finally set up surveillance and waited for him on May 14th when he returned to another publix in Northeast Sixst Avenue 12855 before he got into a dispute with the manager of the business.

Body camera film material shows civil servants who are confronted with gonzalez on the charging cock.

“Turn around. Show the wall. Place the phone”, you can hear an NMPD officer when Gonzalez seems confused. “Come on, are you serious?” Gonzalez answers incredulously before being tied up with handcuffs.

But the police say that the indictment that he is now exposed gives nothing confusing.

Prison records show that Gonzalez was charged in at least three separate cases.

The fees include several grandfather in the third degree, a break -in of an occupied structure, dealing with stolen property and petit theft with previous convictions.

Each of the cases follows a similar pattern according to court files: Gonzalez would come to a publix charging dock, fit in with the employees and go away with bottles or wine cases – sometimes they return to the same location or weeks later to repeat the crime.

In one case, the police announced that it stole more than 20 items at various publix locations over a period of 30 days and that monitoring material was used to combine the incidents.

“The defendant is a well -known shoplifter of several companies in the region and could be identified with the defendant through these cases and other interactions,” the police wrote in the report.

They also said Gonzalez made a confession that was reduced in the publicly published report.

Gonzalez remained in custody in the Metrowest Detention Center, where his bond is listed as a “set” from Wednesday evening.

According to the North Miami police, the investigation has not yet been completed and further charges could be submitted. You also ask other supermarkets in the region to check your surveillance material if you believe that Gonzalez has made in additional locations.
