Northampton Saint's injuries to Bordeaux Match

When the final of the 2025 Champions Cup is to take place on Saturday, May 24th, the Northampton Saints and Union-Bordeaux Bégles hope a complete, healthy list after some important injuries.

For the Bordeaux, they were able to see the return of one of their most important players on time for their fight with Northampton.

UBB head coach Yannick Bru confirmed on Tuesday that wing player Damian Penaud will be available on Saturday after suffering from an ankle injury. Penaud limped from the field in an apparently season in the 35:18 semi-final victory of Bordeaux against Toulouse on May 4th. But now the 28-year-old wants to continue to make progress to help Bordeaux for his first Champions Cup victory because he has 21 attempts for a total of 105 points.

This will probably not be done well for Northampton. The saints saw three men last weekend during the game of the Premiership game with injuries in their 28-24 victory against Saracenen. According to Phil Dowson, head coach of Northampton, Curtis Langdon, James Ramm and Alex Coles are unexpectedly for the Champions Cup final and will join the bench that was injured during the training in front of the Saracens Matchup.

Langdon, Ramm and Coles were all the important forces in the semi -final victory of Saints' Champions Cup against Leinster, with Ramm 14 Carries and Coles recording 17 duels with game heights.

Northampton has to find a way without winning some of his best competitors, while Bordeaux may only have received the ultimate upper hand.
