SW district counseling council to keep community meetings on crime and security, June 3

The SW district counseling council is organizing an upcoming community meeting that focuses on crime and security in Seattle. The meeting is entitled “Let your voice be heard: Enter our SW Community Meeting”.

The meeting is planned for Tuesday, June 3, from 6:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. It takes place in the High Point Neighborhood House in the 6400 Sylvan Way SW 98126.

The participants have the opportunity to hear updates and take part in discussions. The event includes a panel discussion about Crime & Safety in Seattle with President of the City Council of Seattle, Sara Nelson, and the city administration of Seattle, Ann Davison,.

The complete agenda for the meeting is as follows:

• 6:30 p.m. to 6:45 p.m.: Introduction of community regulations, representatives of the municipal chairman and the city of Seattle.

• 6.45 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.: Update from SW Precinct and SPDS weapons unit.

• 7:00 p.m. – 7:30 p.m.: Panel discussion – Crime and Security in Seattle – City Council President of Seattle, Sara Nelson, lawyer of Seattle City, Ann Davison.

• 7:30 p.m. to 7:55 p.m.: Q & A.

• 7:55 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.: Closing comments and next meeting date.
