Mikel Areteta confirms the diagnosis of William Saliba's injury diagnosis

Arsenal's defense lawyer, William Saliba, was excluded from the club's last season game on Sunday with a thigh injury that he suffered last weekend.

Saliba marked his 100th Premier League appearance last time against Newcastle United, with Arsenal taking second place after a bad run since February.

But the Frenchman made it only 45 minutes before he was drawn with a thigh problem.

Before the last game of the season against Southampton von Arsenal, Areta confirmed that Saliba will not be involved. “Unfortunately, William will be outside for a few weeks,” said the Spanish coach, said the Spanish coach Leg sports. “He pulled his armpit against Newcastle.”

Arsenal fans will hope that Saliba did not play his last game for the club. Real Madrid's transfer interest in the past seasons was no secret, and the Spanish giants have to consider a long -term replacement for Antonio Rüdider relatively soon. The existing recording of Dean Huijsen, already a club record for a defender, will probably mean that Saliba is for the time being unreachable.
