Futura Lane | The vehicle plunges home after the chase in Raleigh and causes gas lick; 5 people in custody

Raleigh, NC (WTVD) – Five people are custody after the police said they had led civil servants on a chase and went to a house, which led to a gas leak.

Shortly after 2 p.m., the Raleigh police said that the officials tried to stop a vehicle with a person who was sought because of an armed robbery and an attack inside. The officials said that the vehicle drove away into a short distance before plunging into the garage of a house in the Futura Lane.

The adult driver of the vehicle was taken into custody and is accused of escaping, the police said.

Four other passengers in the vehicle were young people, of whom the police said he had outstanding charges for armed robbery and for assault with a fatal weapon.

At the time of the crash, two people were in the house.

The authorities said the crash caused a small gas leaf in the house.

No injuries were reported.
