The suspect accused in 2024 Neenah suspicious death

Neenah, wis. (Wbay) – The Neenah police charged a suspect in a suspicious death in November 2024.

The 53-year-old Rodney Franklin from Oshkosh was accused of the death of 73-year-old Keith Riesskamp on Thursday on Thursday on November 24, 2024.

The police say that the indictment is the result of evidence that was examined by the Wisconsin State Crime Laboratory and that Franklin has been in custody since November 24, 2024 because he is charged with theft from a body.

He initially appeared on Thursday and remains in custody with a bond of 500,000 US dollars.

On the morning of November 24, 2024, the Neenah police department replied to the 200 Block of E. Doty Ave. to check a man behind a residence.

After the officials were on site, they demanded resources to transport the man to a nearby hospital, where he was declared dead. He was later identified as a 73-year-old Keith Riesskamp.
