One person was killed and two more injured at a shootout in a house in South Philadelphia on Thursday evening, the police said.

The incident occurred at 9 p.m. in a house in the 700 block of the Tree Street, the police said

The victim was identified as a 38-year-old man, the police said. He was declared dead at 9:43 p.m.

A 36-year-old man was also found on the back shot and is in a stable state in the hospital, the police said.

A 45-year-old man was found around a block with several gunshot wounds and brought to the hospital in a critical condition. The police believe that the man was also shot in the house.

According to the police, they do not yet know what has led to the shootout. However, a gun was found at the scene and they believe that it was also involved in another firearm.
