When the camera recordings worn by the police on the body begins for the first time, they see how officials who follow the car are driven by Tony Underwood. At that time he supposedly stolen the car of his alienated girlfriend.

When Underwood passes on the animal sister, he gets out of the car and runs. The police pursue and demands that he are holding his hands. The decisive moments only last 15 seconds.

“Stop (explosively) race! Let me see your (expantive) hands!” The officer can be heard on the video. “Go to the floor, put your hand out.” Moments later “shots fired”.

As soon as he was shot, the officials began to give him medical treatment and then regain a weapon.

“Hey, he threw his firearms here,” can be heard on the video.

In the morning after shooting, his cousin, who lives in the neighborhood, in which the shootout took place, there was no weapon.

“They shot in the back for no reason, he revealed that he had his hands up, it wasn't really,” said the cousin on May 1.

The entire incident occurred so quickly that it is difficult to see what happened. However, if the video slows down, you can stick the right hand of Underwood to a weapon that is visible when you lay on the floor. The officer underwood shot moments after the point in the video where the weapon becomes visible. In her video press release, HPD said that the examination has not yet been completed.

“It is important to note that we are in the early phases of the examination and continue to check additional evidence as soon as they are collected and analyzed,” says the deputy chief Christy Smith in the video declaration.

Tony Underwood looks like several fees. His brother tells ABC 13 that he stays in the hospital in a critical condition.
