About the observation list reconstruction
Members of the Bowman Advisory Board create these observation lists by voicing their current top 10 “Who's Who” among the athletics athletes of the collegiate.
The “observation list” represents the consensus of the group of top 10 in the group for this update. These “reception votes” are listed in at least the top 10 of a member, but have not received enough votes to be listed in the top 10 consensus.
