Pedestrians of truck killed in Haldsburg, says Chp, says Chp

A pedestrian who went on the US Highway 101 in Haldsburg along the US Highway 101 was killed when they were hit by a truck on Thursday, according to the California Highway Patrol.

What we know:

At around 2:30 p.m., Chp Santa Rosa said that her units were sent to the call of a pedestrian to US 101 in the south, south of the Westside Road in Haldsburg.

The officials found that the vehicle hit a male pedestrian and immediately closed the lanes towards the south.

Chp said that her preliminary investigation points out that the pedestrian had gone south on the right lane to the shoulder. When they turn left, they went to a traffic trail and were hit and killed by a Ford F-1550.

Officials said the driver of the truck stopped immediately and worked together with the examination.

At around 4:30 p.m., both traffic traces were completely reopened.

Further details about the pedestrian killed were not immediately available.
