Suspect in the hit and run crash with injury

The police department of the city of Manitowoc asks for the help of the public to find the driver and owner of a Black Dodge Ram Pickup from 2007-2001, which was involved in an accident on Wednesday shortly before 6 p.m.

The department wrote in a press release. The pickup was involved in a hit and running crash, which led to an injury at the intersection of Memorial Drive and Lilac Drive. The investigators say witnesses tell them that a vehicle is hit and snapped north on the Mirro Drive.

The investigators said that the suspicious vehicle had a bed cap and should have heavy front-end damage, including a front strip that is not aligned, and a missing headlight.

Anyone who was with security camera material, everyone who was a witness, or people who could know the owner of the suspicious vehicle are asked to contact the GRANT official under (920) 686-6551. The investigators say that people who call tips to crash should go into case number 2025-00005546.
