Three acquitted in the top -class death of the actress Tangmo Nida

The lawyer Decha Kittiwitthayanan said that Panida Sirayutthayothin, the mother of the late actress, does not agree with the court's decision. He said that she is planning to advise herself with the prosecutor who is the plaintiff in the case and a certified copy of the judgment would receive an appointment within one month.

According to Decha, Tangmos Mother continues to believe that her daughter herself did not fall off the back of the quick boat, as suggested before the court's findings. She suspects that other people have played a role in her death on board, and as her legal representative, said Decha that he was obliged to fulfill her wishes.

When asked whether new evidence would be submitted to question the decision that death caused by negligence, Decha found that even negligence was released, which made a murder suspicion even more difficult to prove. Therefore, the complaint is based on the existing negligence.

In relation to the speculation that the acquittal was due to a weak police investigation, Decha did not agree. He explained that the evidence file was extensive and that the police did not fail in their duty. However, he added: “Nobody knows what really happened on this boat. Six people were on board, one died, and the rest gave similar certificates. When the court read the judgment, it is clear: 'There were no eyewitnesses.'”
