State officials promise improvements in botched e-bike registrations-the Mercury News

State officials who work on terminating the botched rollouts of a long-delayed electric bike program have presented new providers to manage the next application time and expect the non-profit organization of San Diego to manage the program in the course of this year.

The California Air Resources Board, which has been developing the $ 31 million e-bike incentive project for years, announced the changes in the past week, days before the last planned registrations next Thursday.
