Highlights of the goods speed musical production of Tony-nominated musicals Ragtime, The event location currently playing in East Haddam, Connecticut, was published until June 15th.

The line -up is led by Parris (ledCatsPresent School of Rock) as a mother, Michael Wordly (Spamily) as Coalhouse Walker, Gordon as Tuneh, Lark (Les Misérables) as Sarah, Edward Watts (Scandalous) as a father, Behr Marshall as a younger brother, Sawyer Delaney as a little boy, Sofie Nesanelis as a little girl and Tiye Soleil as Coalhouse Walker III.

The Ensemble Features Jordan Alexander, Shaunice Maudlyn Alexander, Mia Bergstrom, Tommy Betz, Jodi Bluestein, Yophi Adia Bost, Jonathan Cobrda, Jalyn Crosby, Joseph Fierberg, Mia Gerachis, Blair Goldberg, Nathan Haltiwanger, Jeremiah Valentino Porter, Rory Shirley, Denver Andre. Taylor, Stephen Tewksbury and Matt Wall. Swings Henry H. Miller and Xavier Turner Plus second -occupied Robin Louise Miller complete the company. Casting comes from Paul Hardt from Hardt Casting.

This comprehensive, powerful adaptation of El Doctorov's novel shows music by Stephen Flaherty, texts by Lynn Ahrens and a book by Terrence McNally.

ragtime Mixes fictional characters and historical Ones in Telling the story of Coalhouse Walker Jr., A Black Man Who Buys A Model T Ford, Setting Off A Chain Of Events That Involve All Levels of New York City Society – Along with Magician Harry Houdini, Industrialist Henry Evelyn Nesbit, Black Leader Booker T. Washington, Architect Sanford White, Revolutionary Emma Goldman, Admiral Peary, A Latvian immigrant who becomes a film director, and a not so projectic family in the suburb of New York.

The Original Broadway Production featured Audra McDonald as Sarah, Mitchell as Coalhouse Walker Jr., Marin Mazzie as Mother, Mark Jacoby as Father, Steven Sutcliffe as Mother's Younter Brother, Peter Friedman As Tageh, Judy Kaye as Emma Goldman, Jim Corti Houdini, Lynette Perry as Evelyn Nesbit, Tommy Hollis as Booker T. Washington and Larry Daggett as Henry Ford.

The musical was nominated for 12 1998 Tony Awards, including the best musical. Four prizes were awarded, including the best book of a musical, the best original score, the best actress in a musical for McDonald and the best orchestations for William David Brohn.

The Goodspeed Creative team also includes the picturesque designer Emmie Finckel, the costume designer Stephanie Bahniuk, the lighting designer Charlie MorrisonPresent Sound designer Jay Hilton and the Make -up designer Tenel Dorsey.
