According to a arrest report, Clarke was supposedly attacked a few that slept on the sidewalk with a metal bar in Northwest 6th Street.

Then he ran across the street and “delivers several strikes” to a third person before he started pulling the things of this victim, the report says.

Clarke ran in a west direction in Northwest 6th Street towards Northwest 1st Avenue with these stolen objects, and about five minutes later he supposedly used the metal rod to attack a fourth person who slept on the sidewalk, the report says.

Shortly before 6 a.m., the police said Clarke was back to the third victim “who is now on his knees” and attacked him with a large wooden stick that witnesses said that he had picked up nearby.

According to the authorities, the surveillance video shows how the man used a metal rod and a wooden plank to beat four people who sleep on a sidewalk. Steve Litz from NBC6 reports.

The disturbing surveillance video, which was preserved on Friday from NBC6, showed that the helpless victims were attacked and beaten.

According to the police, two of the four victims died of their injuries. The other two were brought to the Jackson Memorial Hospital for treatment.

Ron Book, the chairman of the Miami-Dade Obdoless Trust, said that one of the victims had been released from the hospital.

“The word corruption falls into my mind, but I am not sure whether this is an adjective that is sufficient to describe the malignant, brutal murder of a helpless individual,” said Buch. “This person does not deserve to live if you can harm this damage in such a malignant form of another. You also have to sit back and say: 'How many others did he do, how many others did he injure his life?”

The police arrested Clarke, who was two murdered plants of the first degree and armed robbery.

Clarke did not know his guilty and stays behind bars while waiting for the process.
