The two-point anchor of the Grand Jury accuses Dugan of helping 29-year-old Eduardo Flores-Ruiz without papers to avoid the federal agents who were in the Milwaukee County courthouse to arrest him. Dugan also claims these active ingredients.

Flores-Ruiz was before the Dugan court on April 18 because of an offense. The public prosecutor said Dugan asked the federal agents to go to the highest judge's office, and then be accused of keeping up with Flores-Ruiz and his lawyer that they should leave their courtroom from a back door, as federal agents outside of the court dream that stopped him.

The video shows Dugan outside of her courtroom, which interacts with two men who ultimately got up and went away. It also showed that Flores-Ruiz went through a door with another person.

The application for discharge of the submission is partially:

“Dugan is a judge of Milwaukee County Circuit Court. She was arrested and charged with actions that were allegedly taken in and in close proximity to her courtroom, with a person who appears as a party before her.

“The problems with this public prosecutor's office are legion, but the most immediate government cannot pursue Richter Dugan because it is entitled to judicial immunity for its official acts. Immunity is not a defense against the public prosecutor, which is later determined by a jury or court;
