Duke baseball does not win a back-to-back conference champion after losing 14: 7 against Florida in the quarter-finals of the 2025 ACC tournament on May 23 in Durham Bulls Athletic Park.

The State Florida immediately invited the bases to Duke-Starter Owen Proksch and scored two runs in the lower edge of the first inning to take over a 2-0 lead against the Blue Devils. Myles Bailey started with a run scoring single with the evaluation before Drew Faurot passed the second run with the election of a field player.

The Florida State Ace Jamie Arnold, one of the top prospects for the draft of 2025 MLB, withdrew the Blue Devils to start the game.
