La victim is outraged after Tesla Road-Rager was arrested again

Three female victims, who were attacked by the so -called Tesla Road Rage Guy, expressed their outrage and frustration on Friday after their attacker had been arrested for probation because she had supposedly committed a similar crime in the state of Hawaii.

One of his earlier attacks was caught on Dashcam video in January 2023 when Nathaniel Radimak came out of his black model X Tesla on the 2 motorway in Glendale and attacked a victim's car with a pipe. Radimak was also convicted of other attacks, which goes back to June 22.

After Radimak had served 10 months before his five -year prison sentence last August. Since then he seems to have moved to Hawaii when he was arrested because he had attacked a woman and her mother in the Waikiki area.

“I believe that these incidents were a predictable consequence of a system that repeatedly appealed to its violence and behavior pattern,” said Vivian Romero, who was also attacked by Radimak on a street in Los Angeles. “Unfortunately, some repeat offenders may not be rehabilitated, even if they have the second chances.

Another victim, Beth Lampecht, repeated the same message and said that she and the other female victims believe that cycling, a man with a long crime history, is a serious danger to the public.

“It is disgusting that Nathaniel Radimak, after being released from prison at an early stage, violated his probation by reporting that he was reported again in Hawaii,” said Lampecht, adding that the lawyer George Gascon at the time did not inform you that Radimak would be released under a deal. “There was every reason to doubt a reform of the reform for this repeat offender. His return to violence underlines that he was not willing to control his actions.”

How many of the people attacked by Radimak were women, the victims also said that it was discouraging and angry to be reminded that their attacker was released from the state prison after a short time, only to be arrested in less than a year because of a similar charge.

When he explained why Radimak was released at an early stage, the California Ministry for Corrections and Rehabilitation had said that he granted 424 days for the time that was expected during the conviction, as well as more time credit in prison.

The lawyer of the three victims, Gloria Allred, said while she does not know how and when cycling moved to Hawaii, promised to push herself to deliver as soon as he had violated the probation.

“I would like to see him if he was convicted in Hawaii, to be sentenced to the maximum sentence that is possible in the law,” said Allred. “I would like to see how back (according to LA) to serve another term.”
