NBA Award News: Giannis Antetokounmpo makes the seventh all-NBA team in a row in a row

Since Giannis Antetokounmpo took third place in the MVP race, it was a castle for him to be part of the All-NBA First Team. To date, it has been officially announced that he was a Shai Gilgeous-Alexander (Oklahoma City Thunder), Nikola Jokić (Denver Nuggets), Donovan Mitchell (Cleveland Cavaliers) and Jayson Tatum (Boston Celtics):

Milwaukee Bucks's leading scorer was one of four unanimous selections that followed SGA, Jokić and Tatum. It is his seventh selection in a row for the first team since the winning of MVP in 2019 and for most of the first team selections over the past 20 years ahead of Kevin Durant (6) and James Harden (6). He is now in third place during this time and stands behind the late Great Kobe Bryant (8) and six behind Lebron James (13). Here is how the overall vote for all three all-NBA teams was released:

In this selection, he will also be the second player in NBA history, who wins an MVP, wins the defensive player of the year and has seven all-NBA team selections for the first team. The other? Michael Jordan. And there are still a few historical notes on Giannis' selection for the All-NBA first team: He closes LeBron and Kobe as the only player who has seven options in the 21st century in the 21st century and have become the ninth player since the merger (1976). Here are the other eight players on this list:

The Greek freak had another historical season and for the second season in a row over 30 points per game put over 60% of the field (30.4 ppg and 60.1% shoot from the field). Despite its Herculic efforts, the Bucks only finished fifth in the Eastern Conference with a record of 48: 34 and lost in the first round in the third season in a row. Just like at the announcement that SGA won the MVP, Giannis continued his social media wear with this post on Instagram:
