West Ranch Alum as a plane crash victim

Numerous media reports, social media posts and a former teacher have identified a graduate of the West Ranch 2018 as one of six people who were killed in a San Diego aircraft crash at the beginning of this week.

According to a source, Kendall Fortner worked on Thursday with the condition of anonymity with the signal on Thursday.

Fortner grew up in the area and, according to Freund, visited the Rancho Junior High School. According to a profile of the university, she also completed West Ranch and San Diego State University in 2022 before going to the music business with Sound Talent Group.

The source showed that Fortner's family pulled out of the area after completing the high school.

According to the online profile, she closed SDSU with a degree in business management with a focus on entrepreneurship. She mentioned that she found her passion for music as a student who had her choice of career.

The Sound Talent Group did not answer a call on Friday and did not publish any information on its website or on social media.

Fortner was one of six victims who were killed after a small plane crashed into a district in San Diego on Thursday at 3:45 a.m. The resulting catastrophe was injured on the ground. Local media reports from San Diego showed that up to 10 houses in the surrounding military community of Murphy Canyon were damaged by the crash.

The cause of the crash will be examined from Friday.

Officials of the San Diego Medical Examiner said on Friday at 3 p.m. that none of the information distributed online was confirmed by her office.

Dave Shapiro, CEO of Sound Talent, and Emma Huke, another employee of Sound Talents, are the only two names that were officially published.

The National Transportation Safety Board and Supporting federal authorities lead the examination of the crash of a Cessna Citation II in a house on the 3100 block of the Salmon Road.

So far, the Federal Aviation Administration has only confirmed the local authorities that six passengers were on board.
