Waynesboro, Ga. (WRDW/dares) – The suspect in a fatal shootout by Burke County is not charged, a big jury decided.

District Prosecutor Jared Williams said News 12 on Friday that a Grand Jury had returned a “No -Law” for Hannah G. Cobb, which was arrested on February 25th due to the involuntary homicide in connection with the crime Deadly shooting of her friend Telvin Osborne, 30.

The case was presented to a Grand jury on April 24, but the Grand jury decided not to file any formal charges.

This does not necessarily mean that formal fees cannot be submitted later, but Williams seems to be inclined to follow the guidance of the Grand jury.

Osborne showed up again in the house and she told the investigators that he had pulled a knife and threatened her. She even told the authorities where to find the 8-inch knife and they found it.
