New USA Today Sports 2025 NBA Mock Draft Send the former Longhorn to the west

After the NBA design of the NBA was completed and the NBA combine is over, most of the information before the draft was collected in the NBA design class 2025. We start to get a fairly clear picture of where the former Texas Longhorns Guard Tre Johnson will end.

In some bills that were published immediately after the lottery, Johnson was mainly forecast in the sixth place in the Washington Wizards. A couple had fifth in the jazz in Utah. A mock dropped him in the Toronto Raptors by ninth traps.

The decision will really come to Utah. If Johnson does not take jazz in 5th place, he will probably be grabbed in 6th place by Washington.

Now USA Today Sports has added information from the NBA Combine for a final 2025 NBA license. They believe that Johnson is too good to pass jazz.

“Johnson is a natural shooter and scorer. He does it well when he hits and is a decent playmaker for his size. He still has to work on his ability to play for other games. He also has to work on his strength and explosiveness to assert himself as a finish at the RIM for the past two months.

Utah has been a multi -year playoff team most of the past decade. But this year the 17-65 jazz had the worst record in the NBA. The worst record gave jazz the best chances in the NBA lottery, but luck was not on Utah's side, which ran until the fifth choice.

This “bad luck” could be okay if you choose Johnson and he grows to an NBA star.
