Florida Softball against Georgia in 2025 Gainesville Super Regional: As you can see

Florida softball is a victory from a second trip to the Women's College World Series. Here you can find out how to be observed against Georgia in the super regionally.

A little more than 20 outs – 21 to be precise – separate Florida softball and a happy trip no. 13 to the Women's College World Series.

The Gators drove in game 1 of the Gainesville Super Regional Friday in KSP 6-1 to Georgia. Reagan Walsh stated the tone with a three -run Homerun in the first inn, Keagan Rothock dominated in a circle and the game was never in doubt.

Postgame were both sides ready to transform the page into game 2. After all, there are only about 21 hours between the two games. No time to rest at all.

Walsh knows that a lot is at stake, but the victory has to occur first.

We only need a lot of positive energy, and we will enter into the attitude, we will beat you and only work together as a team, “said Walsh.

Uga coach Tony Baldwin is not yet ready to continue. He knows that the gators are hard but not completely unbeatable.

“You are not the '27 Yankees. I don't try to sell them, but we won't get in and kiss the ring and bow and say: 'How will we ever beat these boys?' Baldwin said.

Ultimately, this does what makes the Florida Georgia competition great in all sports.

“This competition has been taking a long time and it is always competitive and you win some and we win some, and that's exactly what it is about,” said Baldwin. “We will lick our wounds and then see if we can play a little better.”
