A US woman is praised online for her wild answer to her manager after she has been released by her job. According to the New York Post, Karson Bree announced a recording via Tikok about a video call from last year, in which her employer at the time told her that she would no longer work for the company. She claimed that she started her job without training and without formal onboarding. After less than three months at the company, she said that she was asked to take part in a video call with two leading employees and an HR representative in which she was told her job “immediately”.

While Ms. Bree did not named the company in the post of the post office, she revealed that she worked according to the local magazine post. During the video call, when she asked her employers why she was released, her boss, whom she only referred to as Lisa, shared her that at the end of the first 90 days of her employment, she had the feeling that it was “not a big fit”.

When Ms. Bree asked why she thought that, she said that her question was asked almost 10 seconds of silence. Her manager then pointed out problems such as the publication that goes late, typing errors and its design not corresponding to a “good fit” for publication.

“I had no training, onboarding (literally my own HR documents and everything set up) and had to teach me a new software that almost nobody knew apart from the last employees. It was a shit show, and this was the first time that I received any kind of feedback on my work,” said Ms. Bree.

After Ms. Bree heard her manager's allegations, she asked if she could give her boss feedback. She claimed that many of the reasons for the problems were outside of her control, e.g. She also said that she was “roadblock” on every step of the way before aiming directly at her boss.

“I received very little feedback from you and there were often times when I turned her to you without saying anything or having an answer or answer,” she said.

“I have the feeling that I took every step to make this job to the best of its best, and frankly they made it very difficult. I also found it very unacceptable to receive a message at 11:00 p.m. last night, where I was informed that I was released with this meeting the next day and then revoked my access to everything,” said Ms. Bree that she had her boss.

During the call, when her working style was questioned, Ms. Bree explained that it wasn't as much a workflow problem as she did that she was not a stylistic fit for the magazine. “If you want to maintain and go a good team, you have to make sure that your leadership also has the strengths that a well -designed magazine have to create,” she said, adding that she could do her work more effectively if she had given the right material in time.

The woman ended the call and addressed her boss directly and said that her greatest frustration in working with her passed the collaboration with her.

Ms. Bree's video has become viral on social media. Tikok users praised them that they had dealt with the situation professionally.

“You did such a nice job when you came up for yourself. Your answers were so vague,” wrote a user.
