Sarah Conti, the mother of four children and wife of Mike Conti, said the family had gone to the Overlook Middle School route field in Westminster so that her oldest son Shane Ben Ben could give some clues.

“Shane runs on the track in college and Ben started the title in his middle school team, so he wanted to give him lessons,” she said. “But then Mike started doing this father in which he wanted to show that he still brought it to his track star.”

Sarah said she started to get on the track, but none of it thought. She said she posted the video on her Instagram to show friends and family, but it seemed as if dozens of thousands of people had watched the video overnight. Sarah said the comments rolling in again and again.

“The video is super short, and I just fall around, not even able to sprint, and we all thought it was funny,” said Mike. “We posted on Instagram and thought that our friends and family could also make a kick out of it.”

“Many people were concerned that Mike injured himself, but many of the comments were people who said they could get in relation,” said Sarah. “I think it's something that many parents can relate to.”

Shortly thereafter, a popular social media -sports account called House of Highlights contacted her to ask permission to share the video on your TikTok account. Sarah said ESPN at the same time turned to her to ask permission to broadcast the video on her channel.
