Failures unveiled after the Jet wear Devil Prada drummer Daniel Williams, Dave Shapiro crashes

The private aircraft, who is doomed to fail, the music director Dave Shapiro and former Devil wears Prada drummer Daniel Williams, tried to land at an airport without a working bay lights and an unexable weather warning system.

Minutes later, the plane hit a powerline and stormed two miles from the airport into a residential unit of the US Navy, with all six killed on board, including Williams (39) and co-founder of the Sound Talent Group, 42, Dave Shapiro.

“This accident has all the earphones of a classic attempt to approach an airport in really bad weather and poor visibility,” Jeff Guzzetti Jeff Guzzetti, former NTSB and FAA -Crash investigator, told The Associated Press.

Guzzetti continued to speculate that exhaustion from the cross-country flight with Red-Eye could have played a role in the accident, according to the AP.

At least two other nameless employees of the sound talent group also died in the wreck, Billboard reported.

Like a miracle in the residential area in which the plane crashed, nobody was killed or seriously injured, although photos show that the charred aircraft on a sidewalk had only crashed from a suburb of a suburb.

“Everything I could see was a fire. The roof of the house was still on fire. You could see the night sky from our living room,” said Ben McCarty, whose house was hit by ruins, towards Local KGTV.

He remembered the plane that rolled down the block and lit everything on his way, including trash cans, cars and trees.

Hours before the crash, Williams posted several photos from the plane on Instagram, including two from the cockpit in which he joked to be the co-pilot.

The rocker survived a mass shooting of 2019 in a bar in Dayton, Ohio, where nine people were killed.

According to Velocity Aviation, Shapiro was an enthusiastic pilot and a certified flight instructor with 14 years of experience.

The NTSB stated that its examination of the crash has not yet been completed.
